Wordsworth

If you don’t have some C-Rayz Walz in your life then you are missing out.  He has wordplay and punchlines for daysssss.  And he is a seriously unique individual lol.  That is just a nice way of saying that he is a crazy ass mofo, but I swear it’s in the best way possible.  He was the special guest at a Skribble Jam I went to one year and only like five of us even knew who he was, he was getting mad disrespected and I felt like I needed to slap some fools for not being onto the game.  But without missing a beat he stepped up and put on a dope show for those few of us who were aware of his level of dopeness.  I can’t stress enough how many times the tracks on this album will have you smiling, rewinding and smiling over and over again.  Dude is a genius with words and has a near flawless delivery.

C-Rayz Walz – ‘ Buck 80′

C-Rayz Walz – ‘ Dead Buffaloes’

So wouldn’t it be cool if Kev D, Large Pro, Masta Ace, Wordsworth and maybe someone like O.C. were all on one album together?  Man that would be some pretty dope ish….ohhh wait ;-) .  Thanks to hip hop producer Marco Polo we have that dreamteam roster put together over raw beats.  Marco Polo spends half his time in New York and half in Toronto so he has the east-coast vibe down pat.  If you just saw a picture of him you wouldn’t think he would have the hip hop “street cred” but then you hear his music and it all makes sense.  This is pretty much as close as you get to that old golden-era type shit in the present day.  And obviously the line-up on this album is insane and all the emcees come correct.  If you like any of the emcees on this album you will be diggin the whole thing through and through.
