Cradle is a Japanese collective that have excelled at making beautiful jazz-hop inspired beats.  They have worked with many well known hip hop artists such as Talib Kweli, Aloe Blacc, C.L. Smooth, O.C. + more.  For this album they paired up with Nieve, an emcee hailing from L.A., and I don’t know much about this Jean character but I do know she has quite a lovely voice.  All in all this is such a beautiful & pleasant album discussing the ups and downs of love and life.  This album reminds me a lot of Foreign Exchange’s album ‘Leave it All Behind’ because it is an awesome fusion of jazzy hip hop beats mixed with some r&b type singing and some rapping.  Definitely for the more mellow & loving hip hopper.
