Don’t be afraid of this group just because of their name.  It kind of sounds like some scary sci-fi alien movie shit but really these guys bring some amazingly smooth soulful & jazzy hip hop to the scene.  Infectious Organisms use live instrumentation so there is an amazing depth to their music.  To be honest the first time I heard them I was thinking that the beats outshined the rappers but the more that I listened the more I could see the awesome interplay between the two.  This music is intensely beautiful at times, haunting at others and never lacks musical integrity.  Human Experience makes for a well-balanced experience with a combination of instrumental tracks mixed in with lyrical offerings.  I’m not even going to mention the fact that they have conscious lyrics because obviously if you have had any time to check out the material on my blog you will know that intelligent, thought-provoking lyrics is what I’m all about.  And IO fits the mold perfectly .  Unfortunately they are no longer together but we can still dig the material they have given us.  You might just end up loving this shit, I know I do.
